Job summary

Northwest Eyes is seeking a Patient Concierge in Seattle, WA to deliver exceptional front-desk service in a busy ophthalmic practice. You will greet patients, collect demographics, schedule appointments, handle registrations and payments, and maintain the waiting area while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate charting.

A high school diploma and at least 1 year of office experience are required. Healthcare experience is a plus; competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of general office experience, healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great patient experience by greeting patients and collecting demographic and financial information.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist with patient paperwork.
• Schedule provider appointments and obtain pre-certifications and interpreters.
• Process payments and maintain cash records.
• Maintain waiting room and office appearance.
• Maintain electronic records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Track and order supplies; perform other duties as required.
