Job summary

Valet Park of America is seeking a friendly Front Desk Medical Concierge for a part-time position at a Holyoke medical facility. The role involves greeting patients and visitors, screening questions, and guiding them to appropriate areas. Weekend shifts are required, with schedules including Monday-Wednesday-Friday 1pm–11pm and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Must be able to greet patients, visitors and staff warmly.
• Weekend availability is required; at least one weekend shift per schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet all incoming patients, visitors, and staff with a warm welcome.
• Ask screening questions to ensure safety.
• Provide directions to hospital facilities, referencing a directory.
• Call for interpreter services as needed.
• Lobby tasks including cleaning, organizing, and basic operations.
• Answer incoming calls and book transportation services as needed.
• Be an outstanding first and last impression for every visitor.
