The role requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to work outdoors. Training and safety procedures are observed; background and drug screening may be required.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills – maintains a warm, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Manual transmission driving experience preferred.
• At least one year related experience preferred.
• For insurance purposes, must be at least 19 years of age and pass a criminal background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provides a warm welcome to each patient, visitor and customer, guiding access to the establishment.
• Performs valet services: parking, retrieving, and delivering customer vehicles.
• Moves quickly and safely to customers’ vehicles, driving them slowly and carefully.
• Follows all standard operating procedures and safety policies.
• Provides front-door assistance with information, directions, and help to customers.
• Keeps work area neat and free of debris; adheres to appearance standards and uniform.
