Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics or related field.
• 0-2 years of progressive experience in Finance, Analytics or Operations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A and regional ops with monthly/quarterly reporting packages.
• Assist with quarterly forecasts and annual budgeting processes.
• Analyze MOM/YOY trends for operations and productivity metrics.
• Partner with IT to improve data integrity and reporting.
• Prepare board presentation materials and ad hoc reports.
• Contribute to ROI calculations in potential M&A opportunities.
