Summit Health is seeking a Contract Financial Analyst to support FP&A for site operations and core corporate functions. You will focus on financial planning, reporting, and productivity metrics while aligning spending with budgets and reforecasting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics or related field.
• 0-2 years of progressive experience in Finance, Business Analytics or Operations positions.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work across departments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and time management.
• Advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly and quarterly FP&A reporting packages and annual budget processes.
• Perform MOM/YOY trend analysis on operational metrics and provide concise management summaries.
• Support revenue cycle management reporting and financial analytics.
• Collaborate with IT to improve data integrity and reporting.
• Develop regional forecasts and dashboards for leadership.
