Key responsibilities include building financial models, performing variance analysis, presenting trends to executives, and assisting month-end close while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; master's or certification is a plus.
• Healthcare finance experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Analyze financial statements and reports.
• Develop financial models and ad-hoc analyses.
• Provide guidance to project teams and assist month-end close.
• Prepare reports for executive leadership and monitor KPIs.
