CityMD, part of the VillageMD family, is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team to support planning, budgeting, and financial analysis across the organization.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, month-end close, and presenting insights to senior management. Candidates should have 3+ years in healthcare finance, a finance or accounting degree, and advanced Excel skills. Salary range is $75,000–$100,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting (healthcare experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of value-based care reimbursement models and traditional FFS structures is desirable.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and spreadsheet applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy.
• Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management from financial data.
• Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership highlighting key insights.
• Monitor financial performance against KPIs and identify trends for strategic decisions.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support business decisions by senior management.
• Contribute to development and enforcement of financial policies and controls.
• Ensure compliance with financial guidelines and company policies.
