Job summary

Thomas Cuisine is seeking a Foodservice Supervisor to lead and support a dynamic healthcare food operation in Phoenix. You will oversee daily service, train and mentor staff, and ensure fresh, scratch-made meals meet high safety and quality standards.

The role starts with a Sunday-Thursday schedule, 7am-3:30pm, and requires a strong hospitality mindset and teamwork to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ServSafe certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily food service operations to ensure hospitality, food quality, and service.
• Supervise, train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive, high-performing culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Assist in preparation and presentation of fresh, scratch-made meals.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and product usage to control costs and reduce waste.
