Job summary

Compensation: $19-$21 per hour | Full-Time

Schedule: Day shifts—Wednesday-Friday, 6:30a-3:00p & Saturday-Sunday, 8a-4:30p

Job Summary

As a Foodservice Worker, you'll serve as a guest-facing ambassador for our café, delivering friendly service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer. In this role, you'll primarily work on the café line serving fresh food, operating a point-of-sale system, and ensuring guests receive outstanding hospitality. You'll also support our busy micromarket by stocking shelves, organizing products, and maintaining an attractive, well-stocked environment. What You'll Do

What You Will Bring

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous customer service, retail, café, food service, or hospitality experience preferred
• Comfortable operating or learning a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Ability to stay organized while balancing service and stocking responsibilities
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Food Handler Card and/or ServSafe® Certification (or ability to obtain if required)

Physical and Sensory Requirements

• This position works in a fast-paced café and retail environment with regular exposure to food service equipment, cleaning chemicals, moderate noise levels, and varying temperatures. The role requires frequent standing and walking, operating a point-of-sale system, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds. Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and repetitive hand movements are required.
