Thomas Cuisine is seeking a hands-on Retail Food Service Manager to oversee daily Kalispell healthcare dining operations, ensuring guest experience through fresh ingredients, scratch-made cuisine, and hospitality. You will lead and develop the retail team, maintain controls, uphold food safety, and identify opportunities to improve sales.

This on-site role requires visible leadership, strong communication, and a passion for REAL food in a healthcare setting, with weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED with leadership experience in retail food service.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, inventory, ordering, budgeting.
• Working knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to lead, train, schedule, coach, and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• ServSafe Manager Certification, or ability to obtain it.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily retail operations with a visible, approachable presence across service areas.
• Conduct operational walkthroughs to ensure retail, cleanliness, safety, merchandising, and product-rotation standards are met.
• Ensure team members are uniformed, knowledgeable about offerings, and able to deliver friendly, informed service.
• Maintain accurate pricing, signage, barcodes, and product information across retail systems.
• Lead daily huddles, reinforce HACCP, ServSafe, sanitation, and 6S practices, addressing challenges.
