Allegheny Health Network is seeking an Environmental Services Associate to maintain clean and sanitary floors, assist with linen removal, and support room setups in a hospital setting.

The role involves operating floor machines, performing routine cleaning tasks, and following infection control procedures. Strong attention to safety, organization, and teamwork is essential for patient and staff wellbeing.

Competenze

• Experience operating floor care equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of multiple floor machines and cleaning tools is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety, infection control and PPE policies.

Mansioni

• Complete major floor cleaning, including stripping, refinishing, shower scrubbing and burnishing.
• Operate and maintain floor care machines and related equipment.
• Adhere to safety and infection control policies and document proper practices.
• Perform linen removal, trash pickup, stocking supplies and handling confidential materials.
• Complete special projects such as curtain changes, window washing and moving furniture.
• Keep cleaning supplies and closets organized and maintain professional conduct.
