Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking an Environmental Services Associate (FT Day) at Allegheny General Hospital to maintain clean patient rooms, offices and support areas. You will perform routine cleaning, discharge cleaning, trash removal and vacancy cycle work to ensure safe, comfortable patient care.

Responsibilities include replenishing dispensers, assisting with emergency clean-up, and following safety standards and hospital policies.

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

• Ability to operate power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Completes the standardized cleaning process in patient rooms, offices, departments and other areas.
• Cleans daily in all areas including discharge cleaning and cycle cleaning.

• Assists with hospital emergency clean up.
