Allegheny Health Network is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Associate to perform routine cleaning in patient rooms, offices, and ancillary areas, following established procedures and safety rules. Responsibilities include high dusting, sanitizing, waste removal, stock maintenance, and equipment returns.

The role requires reliability, basic communication skills, and adherence to HIPAA and infection control guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Basic reading, writing and effective communication skills.
• Ability to operate power equipment.
• FIT testing may be required, but provided upon hire as needed.

Responsabilités

• Follow proper cleaning procedures in all assigned areas.
• Handle chemicals safely and use PPE as required.
• Perform trash/soiled linen pickup, stock supplies, and maintain par stock.
• Return equipment after cleaning and keep storage areas clean and organized.
• Adhere to safety, infection control policies, OSHA guidelines, and attendance policies.
