Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in accounts receivable at a psychiatric healthcare facility.
• Valid driver’s license and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Accurately records and reports census and admission information.
• Serves as point of contact for benefit determination.
• Performs financial counseling and data processing.
• Maintains accounts receivable records accurately.
• Works with Utilization department for certifications and appeals.
