Responsibilities

• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility for new and existing patients.
• Process prior authorizations in a timely manner.
• Calculate patient responsibility using insurance and pharmacy data.
• Communicate payment expectations clearly with patients.
• Review copay assistance and government program eligibility.
• Process outside infusion referrals.
• Review payment records and ensure proper fee collection.
• Manage tasks and communications within the EHR system.
• Support team operations with excellent patient service.
