Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Field Service Representative to troubleshoot, repair, install, upgrade, and maintain Varian Medical Systems equipment across assigned sites. The role requires strong communication with customers and internal teams, and adherence to vendor credentialing for client sites.

The position is field-based with on-site obligations at multiple local locations and requires relocation to Houston, TX if not in proximity.

Qualifications

• Frequent use of technical documentation and standards in field service tasks.
• Solid knowledge of electronics and electro-mechanical engineering.
• Experience with PC-based systems and basic software debugging.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair designated VMS equipment within service territory.
• Perform preventative maintenance, installations, and upgrades per guidelines.
• Maintain territory management and submit field service and expense reports.
