Daniels Health & Sharpsmart seeks an energetic Program Manager to support healthcare accounts in the Iowa territory. The role involves field visits, educating clinical staff on safety and compliance, and driving client success through strong relationship-building and account management.

You will work with cross-functional teams to review performance, conduct audits, and lead ongoing business reviews, ensuring top-tier service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing accounts, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service mindset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to be on-site and perform field-based responsibilities in Iowa.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of customer account strategies with key metrics (retention, revenue, cost savings).
• Partner with Account Managers and Field Service to ensure service meets requirements.
• Advocate for customers to help meet safety, sustainability, efficiency and compliance goals.
• Educate clinical staff on products/services related to safety and compliance.
• Conduct routine audits tied to contract KPIs and share outcomes.
• Hold ongoing meetings to communicate performance and business results.
• Collaborate across operations, sales, logistics and finance teams.
• Assist with installs and implementations for new or expanding offerings.
