Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a team of 15 technicians across hospital sites in the greater Cleveland area. You will coordinate installations, service scheduling, and inventory, while training staff on safety and compliance and driving continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes non-sales leadership, operational excellence, and strong collaboration with Sales and Regional Operations to support account growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of leadership in service-related industry.
• Strong communication, project management, and customer service skills.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 15 Field Service Technicians across hospital sites.
• Coordinate installations, service schedules, and inventory with Plant Managers and Delivery Drivers.
• Train hospital staff and internal teams on product use, safety, and compliance.
• Conduct audits, monitor service quality, and drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with hospital personnel and attend facility meetings.
• Hire, train, and manage service staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and safety training.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Regional Operations to support account growth and retention.
