Ovation Healthcare in Indiana is seeking a Field Operations Technical I to support client locations as part of the Technology Services team. You will provide help desk and PC support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and coordinate with vendors. Travel to clinics for on-site assistance and maintain strong customer service.

Associates Degree preferred; work largely onsite with HIPAA-compliant remote considerations. Competitive benefits and total compensation accompany a base salary range.

• Experience delivering help desk and on-site PC support for healthcare or multi-site environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Comfort coordinating with vendors and third-party service providers.
