Ovation Healthcare in Goshen, Indiana is hiring for a Field Operations Technical I to join the Technology Services team. The role provides essential on-site and remote support, installs hardware and software, and coordinates with vendors to resolve issues for clinic locations.

This onsite position requires travel to various clinics, logging all requests via our ticketing system, and delivering strong customer service to healthcare clients.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel to various clinic sites for on-site support.
• Experience providing help desk/PC support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk phone support and PC support for client locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers and software/hardware vendors as needed.
• Install hardware, software, cabling, and related equipment to ensure smooth system operation.
• Use an IT ticketing system to log, track, update, and communicate progress on service requests.
• Travel to various clinic sites to provide on-site support and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service while working closely with clients.
• Contribute to the overall success of the Technology Services team through effective problem solving and support.
