Job summary

Aspenational in Newport Beach, CA is seeking an Estimator / Assistant Project Manager to support planning, estimating, proposal development and execution of healthcare facility maintenance, repair, renovation and construction projects.

You will gather information to build estimates, solicit subcontractor pricing, coordinate with contractors and facility managers, perform bid leveling, and assist post-award project management to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical abilities and organizational skills are essential.
• Basic accounting skills helpful for cost estimation and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate information to build estimates for healthcare projects.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals.
• Develop Service Order pricing and supporting documentation.
• Support project execution after award in coordination with PM and operations.
