Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a PDC Preconstruction Manager / Estimator to lead enterprise-level estimating and cost analysis for healthcare capital projects across the network. You will develop CSI-formatted estimates using internal data, maintain Procore datasets, and support budgeting, procurement, and scoping conversations with Project Managers and field teams.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in construction estimating and experience with healthcare or regulated facilities, plus proficiency in

Qualifications

7 years of experience in construction estimating, preconstruction, or cost management.
Experience estimating healthcare or regulated facility projects.
Experience using Procore or similar platforms for estimating or cost management.
Experience supporting capital planning or multi year forecasting preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare CSI-formatted cost estimates for healthcare capital projects at various design stages.
Develop and maintain enterprise estimating data set within Procore.
Support bid package development, scope definition, and bid evaluation.
Coordinate with Project Managers and field staff to clarify scope and constraints.
Assist with cost intelligence, variance analysis, and forecasting.
