Job summary

HonorHealth seeks a PDC Preconstruction Manager / Estimator to provide enterprise-level estimating, cost analysis and preconstruction support for healthcare capital projects across the network.

This role develops CSI-formatted estimates, maintains estimating data in Procore, and works with Project Managers to define scope, validate assumptions, and support bid solicitation and evaluation. Strong data analysis and decision support are essential.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in construction estimating, preconstruction, or cost management.
• Experience estimating healthcare or regulated facility projects.
• Experience using Procore or similar platforms for estimating or cost management.
• Experience supporting capital planning or multi year forecasting (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Prepare CSI-formatted cost estimates for healthcare capital projects at various design stages.
• Maintain and improve the enterprise estimating data set within Procore.
• Validate scope, quantities, and pricing for accuracy and constructability.
• Provide estimate reconciliation and validation support during bid and negotiation phases.
• Support bid solicitation, bidder questions, and bid evaluation for design and construction services.
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure preconstruction assumptions align with delivery strategies.
