Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a PDC Preconstruction Manager / Estimator to deliver enterprise-level estimating for healthcare capital projects across its network. You will create CSI-formatted cost estimates, maintain estimating data in Procore, and support budgeting, procurement, and bid evaluation.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in construction estimating or cost management, experience with healthcare facilities, and proficiency with Procore or similar tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction estimating, preconstruction, or cost management.
• Experience estimating healthcare or regulated facility projects.
• Experience using Procore or similar platforms for estimating or cost management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CSI-formatted cost estimates for healthcare capital projects at various design stages.
• Develop and maintain enterprise estimating data sets within Procore.
• Support bid solicitation, scope definition, and cost validation for design/construction services.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and field teams to align estimates with budgets and delivery strategies.
• Assist with cost intelligence, change orders, and cost impact analysis.
