Job summary

Three Rivers Midlands, a Universal Health Services facility, is seeking a maintenance technician to assist the Director of Plant Operations with the overall upkeep of the behavioral health site. The role involves performing walks, completing work orders, and coordinating with supervisors as needed.

Responsibilities include shift work with flexibility, proactive problem detection, and ensuring regulatory standards are met within the facility's maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High school or GED preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in maintenance or construction.
• Valid SC driver's license.
• Knowledge of and ability to use tools and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work assigned shift, with flexibility regarding hours scheduled.
• Performs maintenance walk through of all areas to find and correct problems.
• Completes work orders as assigned; forwards any that cannot be completed to supervisor.
