Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain facility buildings and plant equipment, under the Plant Operations Director. The role includes proactive maintenance, safety checks, and documentation of systems and equipment across departments.

The ideal candidate will have HVAC, maintenance, electrical and construction skills, plus 2+ years facility maintenance experience. This on-site position offers a competitive benefits package and career growth opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in HVAC, automotive repair, maintenance, plumbing, electrical & construction preferred.
• 2 years of experience in facility maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance of facility buildings, properties, systems and plant equipment.
• Conduct proactive maintenance, safety checks, and operational testing with documentation.
• Interact with a wide range of personnel across departments.
