Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years' experience in a related maintenance field, technical or trade school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, preventive maintenance, HVAC and inspections of the physical facility.
• Clean kitchen grease traps and dispose of infectious/contaminated waste according to policy.
• Complete preventive maintenance, inspections, and required filter changes on schedule.
• Dismantle and examine parts to solve equipment problems, repair or replace defective parts and adjust as needed.
