Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in HVAC, automotive repair, maintenance, plumbing, electrical & construction preferred.
• 2 years of facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age; drug test and background check required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to work 8-hour day, standing and walking for prolonged periods.
• Occasional overtime and flexible hours may be required.
