Job summary

STV is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to join our North Texas program management and construction management team, with roles in Houston, Austin, or Dallas. You will guide healthcare capital projects from planning through closeout, coordinating with clients, design professionals, contractors, and internal leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in healthcare construction or program management.
• Experience in active or occupied healthcare environments preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare facilities planning, construction sequencing, project controls, documentation, and regulatory coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to project management, cost, or scheduling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage healthcare capital projects, including scope, schedule, budget, stakeholder coordination, and documentation.
• Coordinate design and construction with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, authorities having jurisdiction, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Maintain schedules, cost estimates, cash flow projections, risk logs, meeting records, action items, and progress reports.
• Lead client, user group, and project team meetings with agendas and documented decisions.
• Monitor progress and manage changes to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Review project documentation such as drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, contractor submissions, and closeout materials.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, safety, infection prevention, and program practices.
• Partner with senior leadership, program controls, cost management, scheduling, procurement, and consultants to deliver projects.
