Job summary

STV seeks a Healthcare Project Manager - MEP Infrastructure Focus to join our North Texas Programs team (Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston or Austin). You will plan, coordinate, and deliver MEP infrastructure improvements in active healthcare environments, including central utility plant work, air handling, water systems, and building automation upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture required or equivalent.
• 5-8 years healthcare construction or facilities infrastructure experience.
• Experience in active or occupied healthcare environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of healthcare capital projects.
• Coordinate with clients, clinicians, designers, contractors, vendors, authorities having jurisdiction, and internal program leadership to keep projects aligned and moving forward.
• Support schedules, cost estimates, cash flow, risk logs, and project reports for stakeholders.
• Facilitate client, user group, and project team meetings with agendas, documentation, and follow-up actions.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and change-related items throughout projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and construction-phase materials.
• Support construction administration including site observations, contractor coordination, and project closeout tracking.
• Ensure alignment with healthcare standards, safety, infection control, and program management practices.
