You will oversee daily operations, manage a 14-member team of engineers and technicians, and handle budgeting and vendor coordination to ensure high performance and regulatory readiness.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement, with a focus on aligning service delivery to CBRE standards and client expectations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Driver's license required; facility management certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication to mentor a 14-person team.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
