Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate property management experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and collaboration.
• Ability to respond in emergencies on site.
• Must live locally near College Station, TX.
• Preferred: valid real estate license.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~45 healthcare facilities primarily in College Station, TX area.
• Act as the primary liaison for property owners to meet objectives.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure facilities meet strict safety and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee leasing documents, contracts, and tenant rent payments.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with variance explanations.
• Utilize CMMS to track work orders and close tickets.
• Conduct quarterly on-site inspections and travel as needed.
• Provide timely reports to owners and leadership.
