Job summary

CBRE Facilities Manager role overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium buildings. You will lead a team, supervise staff, manage capital projects and budgets, and coordinate with vendors to ensure reliable service.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with 3–5 years of experience, a valid driver's license, and facility management certification if available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license required and facility management certification preferred.
• Experience leading staffing, training, development, coaching, mentoring and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Schedule and manage daily activities, set schedules and deadlines, mentor staff.
• Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and lead meetings on facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets and variance reports.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations and drive operational efficiencies.
• Oversee environmental health and safety procedures and vendor invoicing processes.
• Lead by example aligned with CBRE RISE values and collaborate across teams.
