Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises work crew including planning and scheduling all efforts to maintain buildings, facilities, and grounds.
• Prepares time and attendance reports as necessary.
• Maintains inventory and maintenance records.
• Prepares detail cost estimates and tracks expenses for repairs, materials, and labor.
• Inspects buildings for cleanliness and proper working order.
