Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience in commercial, industrial, or hospital maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general inspections, troubleshooting and repairs of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing items.
• Respond to and repairspecialty systems (nurse call, fire alarms, medical gas)
• Complete preventive maintenance and document activities.
