Job summary

Qualifications

• Trades certificate with 3 years or 5 years progressive leadership experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Establish staffing complement and readiness for a 24/7 facility.
• Recommend, improve, evaluate, maintain, and administer maintenance and asset programs.
• Utilize management tools including budget reports, CMMS dashboards, and energy reporting.
