Responsibilities

• Schedules staffing and trains new employees.
• Coordinates with clinical staff and departments.
• Oversees cleaning of patient rooms and public areas.
• Monitors infection prevention compliance.
• Identifies process improvements and reports to leadership.
• Ensures safety and proper use of PPE and chemicals.
