Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an Environmental Services teammate at Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord, NC. This full-time role is 40 hours per week on 2nd shift, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, with rotating weekends.

Starting pay ranges from $18.85 to $28.30 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include cleaning assigned areas, dusting, sanitizing, floor care, waste removal, reporting repairs, and maintaining a safe, clean environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Preferred: High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Preferred: One year experience
• Can prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner
• Can operate equipment
• Can establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers

Responsibilities

• Performs complete cleaning of assigned areas to include, but not limited to: Dusting and sanitizing furniture, equipment, mirrors and fixtures
• Washing windows, walls, ceilings, vents and light fixtures
• Sweeping, scrubbing and refinishing floors
• Vacuuming and shampooing carpet
• Re-stocking restrooms
• Replacing light bulbs
• Reporting repairs
• Most of the work is indoors but may assist with outdoor cleaning including parking lot, windows, and roof
