Old Vineyard Behavioral Health Services in Winston-Salem, NC, seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform multi-trade repairs and preventative maintenance across the campus. The role requires engaging with patients, staff, and providers while maintaining safety standards.

You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, conduct regular inspections, and respond to alarms. The position includes on-call duties once every four weeks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC repair and maintenance.
• Safety and general hospital operations.
• Knowledge of tools.
• Available for 24-hour on-call responsibility.
• Experience driving safely in ice/snow conditions.

Responsabilités

• General repairs and maintenance for facility across trades (painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety concerns.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds; snow prep and removal.
• Prepare facility for events and functions.
• Respond to alarms and codes per safety policies.
• Repair and maintain HVAC equipment.
• Complete work orders in WorxHub system.
• Perform preventative maintenance per schedule.
• Drive to vendors for supplies and equipment as needed.
• Comply with safety, infection control, and security programs.
• Participate in required training and professional development.
• participate in on-call rotation every 4 weeks.
