Job summary

Bolingreen Health is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of facility upkeep tasks in our Georgia-based health centers. You will maintain HVAC systems, fire alarms, generators, water tests, and general repairs to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and the ability to follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Communicates well with associates, patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Changes air conditioner/heater filters as scheduled or as needed.
• Performs routine maintenance of air conditioners and heaters.
• Checks oxygen level of concentrators and performs routine maintenance on oxygen concentrators.
• Tests fire alarm systems and safety equipment as scheduled/needed.
• Maintains and tests generators and performs routine maintenance.
• Assists with cleaning and minor carpentry tasks around the center during maintenance windows.
• Repairs plumbing, replaces pipes and performs basic electrical work as required.
• Maintains grounds, exterior/interior spaces and overall appearance of the center.
