Qualifikationen

• Minimum three years’ facility maintenance experience in healthcare or property management.
• Must have a valid NC driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Aufgaben

• Perform general repairs and maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety issues.
• Maintain facility grounds and snow preparation.
• Prepare facility for events and respond to alarms.
• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Involve in on-site transportation and material delivery as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation every 4 weeks.
