Qualifications

• One year of facility maintenance or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repairs on company buildings across multiple trades.
• Supports renovations, repairs, and preventative maintenance per procedures.
• Coordinates with vendors, staff, and clients to ensure quality service.
• Responds to emergencies and after-hours requests within required timeframes.
• Ensures work complies with safety policies and regulations.
