At least 1 year of maintenance technician experience.
1 year of experience in a healthcare or long‑term care setting required.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Respond quickly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
Perform repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and plastering.
Construct and repair building structures, partitions, and equipment using hand and power tools.
Keep our grounds looking great with landscaping tasks like mowing, trimming, planting, and more.
Assist with cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining company vehicles.
Help create a safe, well‑maintained environment everyone can rely on.
