Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance experience in commercial, healthcare, residential, institutional, or multi-site facilities.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on buildings, equipment, fixtures, and mechanical systems.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and general building maintenance.
• Replace light bulbs, ballasts, lighting fixtures, emergency lighting, and illuminated exit signs.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and after-hours requests as needed.
• Maintain grounds, exterior lighting, signage, and parking areas.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, and logs.
• Maintain maintenance records and inventory; track work orders.
