Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facility equipment and systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests.
• Perform inspections and report issues.
• Maintain facility grounds and outdoor areas.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work.
• Assist in emergencies such as power outages or plumbing issues.
• Ensure safety and functionality of resident rooms and common areas.
• Prepare rooms for new admissions and discharges.
• Support Maintenance Director with building upkeep.
