Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for the Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU on the 1st shift (7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday). You will oversee maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.

The role requires at least five years in maintenance with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and the ability to plan schedules, train staff, and ensure timely, safe repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least five years of maintenance experience including supervisory experience.
• Experience maintaining electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance department operations.
• Inspect, maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and special systems.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance staff.
• Plan work assignments and project schedules.
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance and repairs.
• Train maintenance staff.
• Handle disciplinary actions per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
