Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, seeks a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for the VCU Health MCV Downtown Campus. This first-shift role oversees electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems maintenance.

The supervisor will organize staff schedules, plan work, train personnel, and ensure timely, quality repairs in a healthcare environment. Salary ranges and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least five years of maintenance experience required, including supervisory experience.
• Proficient with computers, email, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
• Inspect, maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and special systems.
• Organize and oversee schedules and work of maintenance staff.
• Assess building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules.
• Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and on time.
• Train maintenance department staff.
• Handle discipline per company policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
