Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and special systems.
• Organizes schedules and work of maintenance staff.
• Plans work assignments and project schedules based on system assessments.
• Ensures work is completed correctly and timely; trains staff; handles discipline as needed.
