Job summary

Crothall Healthcare seeks a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for the VCU Health MCV Downtown Campus on 1st shift (7am–3:30pm, M-F). You will oversee maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems and lead a team of technicians to keep the campus safe and functional.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 5+ years in maintenance with supervisory experience; strong problem-solving and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least five years of maintenance experience required, including supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance department operations.
• Inspect, maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
• Organize schedules and supervise maintenance staff.
• Assess building systems to plan work and project timelines.
• Ensure work is completed correctly and promptly.
• Train maintenance staff.
• Handle disciplinary actions per policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
