Crothall Healthcare in Richmond, VA is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for a 1st shift (7am–3:30pm, M-F). You will oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building systems, and manage a maintenance team.

Responsibilities include scheduling work, inspecting repairs, ensuring quality, and training staff. Competitive salary range is $85K–$95K with yearly bonus potential and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Proficient with computers, email, and Microsoft Office or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
• Perform or supervise work necessary to inspect, maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and special systems.
• Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of maintenance staff.
• Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules.
• Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Trains maintenance department staff.
• Handles discipline of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
